Congratulations also to Brighton and Hove Albion on their promotion. Twenty years ago they almost went out of business and for a number of years they had to play their home games at Gillingham. I am a member of West Sussex CASC and we have always had good relations with the Seagulls.

I was heartened to hear a Brighton fan say on Radio 5 this morning that what he was most looking forward to next season was beating Crystal Palace.
